About Me
Born in Ukraine to Ukrainian parents, I grew up in a small town in Northern Indiana. At the age of 18 I began working as a studio assistant for potter Mark Goertzen. I studied Art and English at Goshen College. In 2021 I was invited to attain my MFA at Notre Dame. I work from my home studio and serve as the Treasurer for the Northern Indiana Clay Alliance. My work is inspired by Art Nouveau and the Arts and Crafts Movement. I am passionate about politics and justice and that has been coming out in my work throughout my journey at Notre Dame.
